Yes, it is important that you arrive within the 30 minute booking slot you have selected. Arriving outside this time can lead to more vehicles requiring to access the site than allocated and this could lead to unnecessary delays for all. You may be refused entry if you arrive outside of your booking slot and be asked to rebook for another time or the site might be closed.
You can only enter the site once per booking.

There are a limited number of appointments available each day, so please only book what you need. In addition, van, pick-up and large trailer bookings are restricted to no more than one per day.

However, we accept that there are a small number of residents without internet access from whom we will accept phone bookings on 01452 596 626 (available weekdays 9.00 am to 5.00pm).
